Cancelation Policy

You can reschedule your class via the website (not via the app) up to two hours before the class start time with no charge a cancellation or no show will result in the loss of money paid. Unless we are cancelling/rescheduling due to unforeseen circumstances. If you click cancel the system will not automatically produce a refund you are better messaging us to reschedule or issue a refund if its two hours or more before the class start time Zoom classes: you can reschedule your booking up to three hours before the class start time failure to do this will result in the loss of money paid.
